All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, Pretty Sips by Tay does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless otherwise discussed and approved prior to purchase.

Please make sure all details, including colors, designs, and personalization, are correct before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival (such as damage during shipping or an error on our part), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description so we can review the situation and discuss possible solutions.
